Position Summary:The ABA Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and administrative positions, primarily focusing on sourcing and hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs), BCBA clinicians, and other key staff. This role is critical in ensuring our clinic maintains a strong talent pipeline to support our clients’ needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles such as RBTs, BCBAs, Clinical Supervisors, and administrative positions.
- Partner with clinic leadership to forecast staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Post jobs on relevant job boards, social media, and university career sites.
- Build and maintain relationships with local schools, training programs, and professional associations.
- Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage pre-employment processes, including background checks, credential verifications, and all necessary paperwork
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Report essential KPIs
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives as needed.
- Assist in onboarding coordination and ensure a smooth handoff to HR/Operations.
- Promote the clinic’s culture and mission throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience; healthcare or behavioral health preferred.
- Experience recruiting RBTs or BCBAs is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with ABA or working in a clinical environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and organization. Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Bilingual (Spanish, ASL, or other languages) a plus.
- Knowledge of credentialing or licensing requirements for ABA professionals. What We Offer:
