Treetop ABA Therapy is seeking two motivated and compassionate Intake Coordinators to join our team in Inwood, NY. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for families seeking life-changing autism therapy services - guiding them through the onboarding process with empathy, clarity, and care.

What You'll Do:

Make high-volume outbound and inbound calls to prospective families

Build rapport and help families feel supported and heard

Assist parents in completing intake forms, gathering documentation, and signing consent forms

Clearly explain our services and guide families through next steps

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Maintain accurate records while protecting client confidentiality

Meet and exceed client intake targets

Requirements:

1+ years in a sales, outreach, intake, or client-facing role

Comfortable making 75-100+ calls per day

Strong phone presence and written communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with excellent follow-through

Familiarity with Google Workspace and Salesforce (or similar CRM/EHR systems)

High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Healthcare or ABA experience is a plus, but not required
