Location: Inwood, NY (Far Rockaway area) | Schedule: Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote
Compensation: $50,000-$60,000+ base salary, plus generous bonuses

What You'll Do:

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for high-volume RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) hiring

Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns

Conduct applicant screenings and behavioral interviews

Draft compelling job ads and maintain active job postings

Partner closely with scheduling and operations to align hiring with client demand

Own the onboarding kickoff process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Use data to track your pipeline and optimize your recruiting process
Who You Are:

Energetic, proactive, and confident communicator (written and verbal)

Extremely organized and deadline-driven

Tech-savvy; comfortable navigating ATS, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, etc.

- Able to commute to our Inwood NY (Far Rockaway/Queens area) Monday-Thursday
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience in recruiting or ABA/healthcare a plus

Familiarity with Salesforce or applicant tracking systems
