What You'll Do:
- Deliver 1:1 direct ABA therapy to students in a school-based setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
- Run skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, social/leisure skills)
- Support caregiver and teacher training, offering performance feedback as needed
- Collect, graph, and report on data to guide ongoing treatment
- Uphold BACB ethical standards and maintain RBT certification

What We’re Looking For:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
- Experience working with children or students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Passion for helping others and strong communication skills
- Must be reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- 📍 Must be available for school-based hours in Clearwater area
