What You’ll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for school-based clients.
- Provide direct supervision and training for RBTs and school staff.
- Collaborate with school personnel and caregivers to ensure seamless implementation of behavior plans.
- Analyze data and monitor progress to guide treatment adjustments.
- Support the development of social and functional skills through structured programs and interventions.

What We’re Looking For:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required.
- Availability during daytime school hours.
