Your Role as a BCBA
We are currently seeking BCBAs to join our team in Clearwater, FL, and surrounding areas. This role offers diverse experiences across multiple settings, including:
- Clinic-based services
- Public and private schools
- Homes and community settings
- Facilitating social skills groups

What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and provide mentorship to behavior technicians and support staff
- Implement behavior plans and monitor client progress using data-driven approaches
- Lead engaging social skills groups to promote skill-building and socialization
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure well-rounded client care

What We’re Looking For
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with autism (preferred)
- Medicaid-approved (or willing to become)
- Afternoon availability required
