- What You’ll Do:Process billing and handle insurance collections efficiently.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Keep financial processes organized by maintaining tracking spreadsheets.
- Provide crucial support to the Office Manager/Administrator on various projects and tasks.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance when handling sensitive information.
- What We’re Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- At least two years of experience in medical insurance billing and collections.
- Strong phone/email etiquette and ability to work collaboratively with office staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A quick learner who can adapt under the guidance of the Office Manager/Administrator.
- A detail-oriented, organized, and reliable professional who excels at multitasking.
- Bonus Points If You:Are bilingual in Spanish (a plus, but not required!).
