FOR COMPLETE JOB DESCRIPTION Your Skills and Talents: A Winning
Combination! Bachelor\'s degree in psychology, Child Development, or
related field required. Enrolled in Master\'s Program in ABA preferred.
Prior ABA experience required, with at least 1 year working with
children, especially those with developmental disabilities. Ability to
work well independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively
with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Comfortable interacting with
children and implementing physical intervention strategies if necessary,
ensuring their safety and well-being. Capable of working with children
who display behavior problems, utilizing effective strategies to address
interfering behaviors. Understanding proper professional and
communication boundaries in interactions with families and supervisors,
maintaining professionalism. Openness to accepting and implementing
feedback from supervisors, contributing to program development,
