Director of Education and play a critical role in supporting students
with autism and developmental disabilities through high-quality,
individualized educational programming. What You\'ll Do: Support daily
school operations in collaboration with the Director of Education and
leadership team Manage staffing schedules and classroom coverage Mentor
and coach special education teachers to ensure compliance and quality
instruction Oversee academic programming, MCAS coordination, and IEP
development for assigned caseload Conduct assessments and ensure
instructional goals align with state and federal regulations Develop and
maintain relationships with community vocational and volunteer sites
Assist in generalization of skills across school, community, and
vocational environments Provide direct classroom and crisis support as
needed What You Bring: Master\'s degree in Special Education MA license
in Moderate or Severe Disabilities required 4+ years of experience
working with students with autism and developmental disabilities
Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); direct experience
Preferred Experience Mentoring Or Supervising Educators Preferred
Background in developing vocational programming is a plus Why May
