Behavioral Framework – a leading provider of ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism - is looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer!
The Senior Industrial Engineer will strategically lead the development and implementation of scalable technology solutions and process optimization frameworks designed to support our organization’s ongoing growth. This role focuses on leveraging industrial engineering principles to enhance operational efficiency, improve data visibility, and optimize workforce management within a rapidly expanding multi-state healthcare environment.
In this critical leadership role, you will establish and execute a comprehensive systems and process improvement roadmap aimed at automating workflows, integrating enterprise platforms, and empowering employees and clients through intuitive self-service technologies. Your expertise will significantly reduce manual interventions, streamline clinical and administrative operations, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
You will also drive initiatives related to resource optimization, intelligent scheduling, and workflow enablement, ensuring efficient utilization of personnel and technology resources. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you'll identify and address operational challenges, enhancing productivity through continuous improvement methodologies and innovative technological solutions.
This role specifically focuses on strategic systems architecture, process enhancement, and analytics-driven decision support. It does not include oversight of daily IT operational tasks, helpdesk management, or routine system maintenance.

Essential Functions
- Systems Strategy & Architecture: Define and build a forward-looking technology roadmap, focused on automation, integration, and scale.
- Process & Workflow Enablement: Partner with business leaders to understand internal pain points and identify opportunities to reduce manual work through technology.
- Platform Development: Guide the enhancement of an enterprise EHR, clinical data collection system, and all related systems to streamline administrative and clinical operations and workflows.
- System Integration: Unify platforms (e.g., Lumary, Workday, NetSuite, scheduling) using commercially available tools to eliminate redundancy and enable real-time data flow.
- Business Intelligence: Build a centralized reporting environment and deliver dashboards that support executive decision-making and operational transparency.
- Resource Optimization: Design and implement technology that enables intelligent therapist matching and scheduling, improving utilization and reducing time-to-service.
- Technology Adoption: Promote adoption of tools that empower teams to work efficiently, including low-code/no-code platforms and internal self-service solutions.
- Initiative Management & ROI: Establish a structured process to plan, track, and report on key initiatives, including timelines, ownership, and measurable impact.
- Vendor Strategy: Source and manage third-party vendors with a preference for scalable, add-back-eligible solutions.
- Collaboration: Support other high-impact, tech-driven initiatives aligned with the company’s growth goals.

Qualifications Summary:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, systems integration, or operational optimization.
- Strong background in enterprise system architecture, automation, and workflow design.
- Experience with business systems like EHRs, Workday, NetSuite, and scheduling platforms.
- Proficient in data analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Healthcare or multi-site service industry experience preferred
