We're Hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist IV to join our BCBA recruiting team!

Location: Corporate Office is located in Addison, TX (Near Beltline & Tollway)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm | Required to work onsite, with ability to go to TA hybrid schedule based on performance.
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist IV to join our BCBA recruiting team. In this role, you won’t just fill jobs—you’ll help us attract top clinical talent to serve families affected by autism across multiple states. This is not your average recruiter role. Your Work and How You'll Make a Difference:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) as assigned by Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition.
Use consistent strategic sourcing and cold outreach to attract top talent in a highly competitive market.
Build and maintain strong pipelines by nurturing candidate relationships through personalized communication and consistent follow-up.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Complete weekly cold calls to active BCBAs across the nation.
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure smooth, timely hiring decisions.
Deliver accurate and timely offer letters to candidates, both internal and external.
Track all activity in our ATS (iCIMS) and keep candidate records up to date.
Provide regular reporting on KPIs to the Talent Acquisition leadership team.
Handle complex and high-priority roles with confidence and urgency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
A go-getter with 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, sales, or high-volume recruiting.
- May substitute an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, highly preferred.
- Someone who is curious, driven, adaptable believe in our mission and know how to build relationships that matter.
Strong communicator who builds trust quickly and keeps candidates engaged.
Resilient and adaptable—you know how to pivot, troubleshoot, and solve problems under pressure.
Comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy and organized, with experience using ATS platforms (bonus points for iCIMS).
