Location: Corporate Home Office is located in Addison, TX (Near Beltline & Tollway)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time | Onsite In-Office, with ability to go to the RCM hybrid scheduled based on performance

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Credentialing Specialist to coordinate and execute the credentialing and enrollment process for our providers within Behavioral Healthcare. This role is essential in ensuring our clinicians are enrolled with commercial and government payors, maximizing reimbursement for services rendered. The Credentialing Sepcialist will interact extensively with providers, enrollment staff, insurance plans, HR recruitment, clinical departmetns, and leadership.
Your Work and How You'll Make a Difference:
- Process provider enrollment and revalidation applications with commercial and government payors.
- Maintain and audit provider payor information in credentialing databases and software.
- Perform regular follow-ups with payors to ensure timely application processing.
- Coordinate with revenue cycle and clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and credentialing.
- Facilitate provider contracting and credentialing issue resolution with payors.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
- Support provider enrollment in out-of-state Medicaid programs.
- Respond to provider inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
- Perform any other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Associates degree and three (3) years relevant experience in credentialing or related work experience may be substituted in lieu of educational qualifications.
- 1-3 years of knowledge in a behavioral health or medical clinic setting preferred, but not necessary.
- Take the initiative to identify and resolve issues
- Experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or revenue cycle management (preferred).
- Strong understanding of commercial and government payor enrollment processes.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and billing systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external payors.
