You'll be equipped with top-tier sourcing tools, CRM systems, ATS platforms, and scheduling support so you can focus on what you do best: connecting with people and closing hires.
In This Role, You Will:

Own your candidate pipeline-source, engage, and follow up using job boards, social media, and direct outreach

Pitch the role-effectively communicate the value of working with Discovery ABA to potential hires

Qualify candidates and schedule interviews for clinical therapist roles (entry-level)

Move candidates quickly through the hiring process and close the deal

Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed on time

Post engaging job ads and outreach messages that convert

Work closely with the internal scheduling and onboarding teams

Track your progress in our ATS and CRM systems

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, customer service, or similar fields

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting

Comfortable with LinkedIn, Facebook, and sourcing platforms

Experience with an ATS, CRM, or Salesforce is a plus

Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Psychology, etc.)

Must be able to work onsite in Inwood, NY (Far Rockaway area) Monday-Thursday
