What You’ll Do
- Work one-on-one with children with Autism using evidence-based ABA techniques.
- Support clients in building independence and positive behaviors.
- Collect and track data during sessions using a mobile device.
- Foster a supportive, engaging, and compassionate learning environment.
- Collaborate with families and our clinical team to support each child's progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.
- Passion for helping children and families.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- Willingness to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course (paid).
- ABA experience preferred
