Description
The Business Operations Project Manager coordinates and leads projects for IT department. Must reside within New England or New York.
Essential Functions

IT Department Project Management Duties
- Asset Management: Manage the procurement and tracking of IT assets via AirTable and Asset Tiger systems
- Account Auditing: Perform regular audits in coordination with HR to ensure the deactivation of accounts for terminated employees, including Microsoft, Adobe, and Vonage services Vendor
- Liaison: Act as the primary liaison with our IT service provider, ThinkTech, to prioritize tasks and achieve timely resolutions as well as plan new IT initiatives
- Set priority for ongoing work, maintain action log, maintain meeting agendas and minutes, conduct follow-ups and facilitate communication between IT and all corporate department
- Primary liaison with enterprise-wide service vendors; ei., Printer, Internet, Fax
- Documentation and Communication: Keep a detailed action log, prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and ensure clear communication enterprise-wide of IT issues and modifications
- Lead calls with IT partner, provide IT updates on Development calls and other ad-hoc meetings to support Enterprise Operations
- Vonage Administration: Add new lines as needed, remove termed employees, and assist staff in trouble shooting issues
- SharePoint Administration: Oversee the maintenance of the IT SharePoint site
- Training Initiatives: Spearhead the monthly IT Training Series to enhance staff's skills and knowledge of Microsoft-suite, enterprise-wide
Education And Experience
- College degree preferred
- 3+ years in an operational capacity within the health services or insurance industry
- Proven track record of project leadership and management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint), Adobe, and Teams
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experienced in developing and managing complex projects through their life cycle
