We are seeking a motivated and strategic Real Estate Manager to support the ongoing expansion of our clinic footprint across the country. Reporting to the Head of Growth, this role is instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and helping execute new clinic locations, with a focus on high-impact markets and operational efficiency. This person will play a critical role in site selection, lease negotiation, and real estate project management—ensuring each new location aligns with our standards and supports our continued growth. This is a hybrid role with 50% travel required.
Responsibilities
A day in the life:
- Support national real estate growth strategy by leading and managing the lease transaction process for new clinics.
- Oversee data management and market analysis to identify, track, and prioritize clinic opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Design, Construction, Clinical Ops) to guide real estate projects from site selection through to clinic opening.
- Lead with lease negotiations and other real estate contracts in coordination with senior leadership.
- Maintain key timelines and ensure all internal and external communications are aligned for successful project execution.
- Monitor and support the real estate needs of our existing portfolio, including lease renewals, expansions, and market adjustments.
- Analyze performance data of current and new clinics to optimize site selection and deal terms.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and value creation across the real estate lifecycle.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- 3–5+ years of experience in real estate transaction management, site selection, or related fields
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with real estate data tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently
- Experience working cross-functionally with legal, design, and operations teams
- Comfortable with 50% travel across multiple states
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
