Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Coordinator - ABA located in Manalapan, NJ. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing ABA therapy services, supporting both clients and therapists. This includes scheduling appointments, maintaining detailed records, facilitating communication between families and therapists, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care tailored to each child's needs. The role requires close collaboration with clinical staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate services for children receiving therapy to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with families to support their involvement in the treatment process.
- Manage program development initiatives to enhance service offerings.
- Supervise administrative tasks related to service coordination.
- Work collaboratively with therapists to align treatment goals and strategies.
- Monitor budgets related to service programs and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
- Provide support in behavioral health initiatives aimed at improving client outcomes.
