ABA Office Assistant (Multi-Role Support)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, fast-paced, and adaptable Office Assistant to support our growing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on wearing multiple hats and can manage administrative tasks, client communication, and team coordination—all while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front-desk duties, answering phones, and handling email communication
- Maintain schedules for staff and client sessions, coordinate appointments and follow-ups
- Process and organize documentation, including intake forms, and client forms
- Create and update spreadsheets and reports using Excel and Word
- Provide customer service to families and staff with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with onboarding paperwork, data entry, and general office upkeep
- Coordinate communication between clinicians, families, and external partners

Requirements:
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools
- Positive attitude, high attention to detail, and team-player mindset
- Prior experience in a healthcare, ABA, or administrative setting a plus
