Behavior Therapist (Entry-Level ABA Technician)

Responsibilities You’ll Own
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy, using play-based, evidence-backed techniques tailored to each child
- Track and record session data accurately
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure cohesive care and treatment plan alignment

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Age 18 or older
- No previous ABA experience needed—we will train you
- Strong passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and families
- Willingness to be supervised and collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) or background in psychology, education, special education, childcare, or related fields is a plus
