This position is on-site in our downtown Fort Lauderdale HQ offices Monday-Friday.

Are you a skilled e-learning expert eager to use your skills to craft new and engaging learning modules for a growing company? The Learning and Development Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce by designing, implementing, and managing effective training programs. The Learning and Development Specialist will use state-of-the-art design tools to create engaging and interactive e-learning modules that cater to diverse learning needs. By assessing the effectiveness of training programs and incorporating feedback, the Specialist will continuously improve the quality of our learning initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and maintain the LMS (UKG Ready Learning - Schoox).
- Provide technical support and training to users.
- Act as project manager for the development of learning projects.
- Monitor and report on the progress of learning and development initiatives.
- Work with SMEs to gather content and insights for training programs.
- Use tools like Articulate 360 to create interactive and engaging e-learning modules.
- Develop instructional materials, including online courses, videos, and job aids.
- Apply instructional design principles for effective learning experiences.
- Design and conduct needs assessments with relevant stakeholders to identify organizational learning needs.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and analytics.
- Continuously improve learning content and delivery methods based on feedback and best practices.
- Maintain documentation and records related to training programs.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Psychology, or a related field. (master’s degree in Instructional Design or related field preferred).
- 5 years of experience in a corporate learning environment.
- 3 years of experience using e-learning design software such as Articulate 360.
- Knowledge of SCORM and xApi.
- Must sign a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement.
- Must maintain clean background screening, drug screening, and driving record.
- Able to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale.
