Position Overview:
Butterfly Effects is seeking a talented and visionary Creative Media Manager to lead our in-house
creative efforts. This role combines exceptional creativity, hands-on expertise in the Adobe Creative
Suite, and strategic thinking to produce high-impact campaigns, digital assets, and branding
initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, storytelling, and driving business
growth through compelling creative content.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership:
• Oversee the development of all creative content, acting as the lead designer and
strategist for branding, advertising, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain a cohesive visual identity for Butterfly Effects across all digital and
physical platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, client services, and clinical operations teams to ensure
creative consistency and effectiveness.
Content Creation:
• Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including social media graphics, email
templates, and promotional materials.
• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content for advertising campaigns, social
media, and brand storytelling.
• Build and manage WordPress landing pages, integrating lead-generation tools such as
Gravity Forms.
Campaign Management:
• Develop and execute creative strategies to drive engagement and generate leads.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of assets that align with business
objectives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to create innovative designs and content.
Branding and Visual Identity:
• Design and implement branding materials for Butterfly Effects centers to create a
consistent, professional look.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the company's
image in the marketplace.
Team Collaboration and Management:
• Work closely with internal teams to understand creative needs and translate them into
actionable design solutions.
• Manage external vendors as needed for production support.
• Provide mentorship to team members, fostering creativity and professional growth.

Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field
(preferred).
Experience:
• At least 7 years of experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a
variety of digital and social media campaigns.
• Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere,
After Effects, and InDesign).
• Proven ability to design and manage WordPress landing pages and integrate plugins
for lead generation.
