Position Summary & Purpose
The Director of Sales Systems and Analytics is responsible for owning and advancing the infrastructure, tools, and insights that power growth across Business Development and Admissions. This role combines Salesforce administration and analytics expertise to build scalable systems, surface data-driven insights, and enable operational accountability. This is a critical leadership role focused on both strategy and execution.

Position Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The following are duties and responsibilities that the Director of Sales Systems and Analytics shall provide:
Core Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Ownership & Development
- Act as primary Salesforce administrator with ability to configure workflows, dashboards, custom fields, and objects.
- Lead the buildout of a scalable CRM framework aligned to business needs.
- Collaborate with third-party developers when needed; ability to independently deploy new functions is preferred.
- Ensure all CRM infrastructure supports the needs of BD, Admissions, and Marketing—including nurture campaigns and territory alignment.
- Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Build and maintain Salesforce and Power BI dashboards for BD, Admissions, and executive leadership.
- Ensure clean, standardized reporting across territories, service areas, and rep tiers.
- Develop attribution and performance tracking logic to analyze funnel health, lead source quality, and ROI by channel.
- Operational Insight & Strategic Enablement
- Support weekly and monthly business reviews by preparing insights on hiring impact, pipeline trends, and regional performance.
- Maintain staffing and performance scorecards (new hires and tenured reps).
- Proactively identify gaps in conversion, lead quality, and data hygiene; propose fixes and training recommendations.
- Sales Systems Strategy
- Serve as internal SME for all sales systems and reporting tools.
- Own the design and documentation of SOPs related to sales data capture, lead flow, and reporting processes.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and Center Ops to ensure systems support business priorities.
- Manage roadmap for future tool integrations (e.g., predictive lead scoring, workflow automation).
Key Metrics Owned
- VOB-to-admit conversion rates.
- Lead aging, velocity, and turnaround times.
- BD performance tiering.
- Rep and territory-level ROI.
- Funnel leakage and missed opportunity rates.
- Admissions team outreach timing and resolution rates.
Requirements
EDUCATIONAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
The Director of Sales Systems and Analytics requires a minimum of a High School diploma, Bachelors Degree preferred and:
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or CRM ownership.
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Admin certification preferred).
- Experience building dashboards in Salesforce, Power BI, or other BI tools.
- Experience supporting multi-location or multi-territory sales teams.
- Strong understanding of outbound lead generation and sales funnel metrics.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong project management and documentation habits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Developer experience (or ability to manage 3rdparty developers).
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site clinical environments.
- Understanding of lead-to-admit workflows, insurance-based funnel logic, and sales-to-operations handoffs.
- Experience supporting field-based sales teams and centralized intake models.
