Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Board Member. The Board Member will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, oversight, and governance to PBS Corp. This includes participating in board meetings, providing input on organizational policies, ensuring the alignment of activities with the mission and goals, and assisting in the development and implementation of organizational strategies. The Board Member will also collaborate with other board members and senior management to drive the organization forward.
Qualifications
- Experience in strategic planning, governance, and organizational oversight
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and behavior intervention strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in the fields of education, healthcare, or social services
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with nonprofit organizations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred
