Clinical Outreach Coordinator (also referred to as
Business Development Representative) to join our Outreach Team. If you love connecting with people and making a real difference in your community, this might be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Do
As an Outreach Coordinator, you’ll serve as a key connector between GateHouse and the broader community—educating stakeholders about our programs, building strong referral relationships, and helping more individuals find a path to recovery. You’ll:
- Promote our full continuum of care and unique treatment philosophy to referral partners and community leaders
- Develop and manage your own outreach territory within New Hampshire
- Build lasting relationships with treatment providers, detox centers, courts, healthcare professionals, and community groups
- Plan and attend local networking events, in-services, and one-on-one meetings (expect 5 per day and 4 in-services monthly)
- Make 20+ outreach calls each day to engage new contacts and maintain existing partnerships
- Represent GateHouse at local conferences, trade shows, and events
- Collaborate with our Admissions Team as needed to support clients and families in crisis
- Accurately log all outreach activity and client contact into our CRM system
- Track and submit expenses and activity reports in a timely manner
Requirements
What We’re Looking For

You’re a natural people person who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You’re organized, self-motivated, and truly care about helping others. Ideally, you bring:
- A High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or behavioral health outreach
- Strong knowledge of the local behavioral health and recovery community
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel within your territory (valid driver’s license and clean driving record required)
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening
- Professionalism, integrity, and a heart for service
