Overview
The Senior Registered Behavior Technician (Sr. RBT) plays a pivotal role in implementing advanced behavior intervention strategies while supporting and mentoring junior RBTs. This role involves executing client treatment plans with high fidelity, directly supporting BCBA initiatives, and taking a leadership role in data accuracy, quality assurance, and peer training. The Sr. RBT works collaboratively with BCBAs/BCaBAs to ensure client progress, implement individualized interventions, and foster team development. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to professional growth are key requirements.

Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions to clients in various settings (home, school, clinic, or community) and maintain high standards of care.
Complete detailed and accurate session notes, ensuring timely submission of required documentation. Report progress, challenges, and improvements to the supervising BCBA.

Physical demands
Prolonged periods of sitting (often on the floor with clients), bending, squatting, standing, running, blocking undesired behavior, consistently remaining within arm’s reach of clients throughout sessions, attention to detail, multitasking, quick decision-making.
