Full-Time Assistant Program Coordinator Opportunity Tues 3p-11p, Wed
10a-7p, Thurs 12p-5p, Fri 3:30p-8:30p, Sa 3p-11p= 35 Hrs? ? ? ?? ?Are

team in Chicopee, MA, where you?ll provide vital support to individuals
ages 3-21 in a residential setting, helping them build skills and
achieve their personal goals. This role requires fluency in both English
and Spanish. Your Role in Action: Personalized Support: Assist with
daily living activities, including hygiene, meal prep, medication, and
transportation. Skill Development: Use positive behavior support methods
to foster independence and growth. Team Collaboration: Work closely with
therapists, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to create
individualized care plans. Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide
leadership and guidance to direct care staff, ensuring high-quality
support. What You Bring: Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and
Spanish is required. Experience: At least one year working with
individuals with Brain Injury or similar disabilities. Leadership
Skills: Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Driver?s License: Valid U.S. license with a minimum of one year of
driving experience. Empathy & Adaptability: Strong interpersonal skills
