Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with strong automation skills and a solid technical foundation in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWCs). This role is essential in maintaining, optimizing, and advancing our Salesforce platform to support business operations-especially automation, integrations, and scalability.
Experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy industry is a strong plus. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can translate business needs into smart, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Flows and other declarative automations
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Support and enhance CTI integrations (e.g., Dialpad) and SMS platforms
- Assist with or write lightweight Apex triggers, classes, and LWCs
- Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and business analytics
- Perform regular data audits and ensure data integrity
- Provide support and training to Salesforce users
- Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ABA workflows
- Manage deployments via change sets or source-driven development tools (e.g., Git)
Required Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201)
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong automation expertise and understanding of Apex and LWC fundamentals
- Experience with Zapier, Make, or Workato
- Familiarity with CTI and SMS integration tools
- Strong grasp of Salesforce security architecture and permission models
- Experience working with third-party managed packages
- Ability to configure datasets, recipes, and dashboards with CRM Analytics (CRMA)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or ABA therapy settings
- Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI compliance in Salesforce
- Experience in Agile environments (e.g., Jira)
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration best practices
- Experience with source control systems like Git
