What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical leadership and strategic direction for school programs
- Supervise and mentor BCBAs and Behavior Specialists
- Oversee functional behavior assessments and individualized behavior support plans
- Lead evidence-based training for school staff
- Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality programming
- Guide systems change efforts using applied behavior analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards
What You Bring
- Doctoral degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education, or related field preferred (Master’s required)
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- 5+ years of experience with autism, brain injury, or neurodevelopmental disabilities
- Proven leadership, training, and supervision experience
- Commitment to excellence in clinical practice and positive outcomes
