Full-Time: 7:30 AM to 4 PM

Join May Institute’s Adult Services team, where you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities through skill-building, daily care, and community integration—all in a respectful, person-centered environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily activities, personal care, and behavior plans
- Teach life skills using evidence-based methods
- Collect data to track progress and inform support
- Foster individual choice, dignity, and participation
- Ensure safety in the program and during community outings
- Provide transportation as needed
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with developmental disabilities preferred
- Valid driver’s license (2+ years of experience preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to complete Safety Care, CPR/First Aid, and other trainings
