Growth Opportunity—Entry Level Healthcare Business Development
If you're looking for a way to break into business development for the growing healthcare field, we've got just the opportunity for you! The Community Outreach Associate is an entry-level, apprentice-style position designed to work alongside Community Outreach Liaisons. This role is responsible for supporting outreach efforts by attending and assisting with events led by the Community Outreach Liaisons, focusing on lead generation and public engagement.
The Associate will help increase awareness of ABA Centers’ services while developing foundational skills in relationship-building, event execution, and referral support. This position may report to more than one Community Outreach Liaison based on geographic and program needs.
What You'll Do
Event Participation and Support
- Attend and actively participate in community outreach events, expos, workshops, and educational sessions organized by Community Outreach Liaisons.
- Engage with attendees to collect qualified leads using sign-in sheets, lead forms, and CRM tools.
Lead Generation and Tracking
- Generate new leads through event participation and community engagement.
- Submit all leads and notes from events directly to assigned Community Outreach Liaison(s) for CRM input and follow-up.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in community outreach, healthcare education, or account management (sales experience is a plus).
- Must be in the designated region to apply. This position is remote, but requires onsite visits to local hospitals, clinics, schools, etc.
- Must be able to undergo a drug screen, show proof of insurance, and provide a valid driver's license.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently, including evenings and weekends as needed. Comfortable driving long distances to various outreach locations, events, and meetings.
