ABS Kids has an exciting opportunity for a hybrid Marketing Coordinator! This position will be 3 days in our Sugar Land, TX office and 2 days work from home. The Marketing Coordinator works with a growing Marketing team to support business needs and tell the ABS Kids story, with great customer service to internal stakeholders, while maintaining our brand standards. This individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals.
Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Every team member at ABS Kids is passionate about providing best in class support to our direct care providers, who in turn deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to our clients.

What Would You Do
- We're growing! Help us manage new center digital promotion in ever expanding projects such as digital listings including Google My Business verifications and others, verifying information with internal stakeholders, meeting deadlines for task completion and other tasks as needed
- We're active in our communities! Help us grow by supporting our events team with a wide variety of tasks including expense management, reporting, RSVPs, digital event listing management, email marketing, and more
- Support the website team with Wordpress updates upon request
- Support the Marketing Team with other tasks as assigned. Willingness to jump in and help where needs arise is essential
- Ability to travel to our Sugar Land, TX office three days a week
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor�s degree preferred
- Preferred system experience using Microsoft Office tools including Teams, Excel, Hubspot, Wordpress, Canva, Google My Business, Sprout, and Wrike. Training is available for the right candidate
