Your Role as a BCBA

Design, implement, and oversee individualized in-home ABA treatment plans

Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress using data-driven strategies

Supervise and guide Behavior Technicians working in client homes

Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and quality of care

Complete clinical documentation and planning tasks remotely

Stay current with ABA research, trends, and best practices
What You'll Bring

Active BCBA and AZ LBA certification (required)
- min of 2 years as a BCBA LBA (required)

Experience in in-home ABA program development and oversight

Strong communication, coaching, and data analysis skills
