Neurospark ABA is a small, values-driven ABA practice with a big vision: to make care more personal, parent-centered, and joyful — for clients and clinicians. We're looking for a Lead BCBA who’s excited to help us grow and shape the future of our company.

💼 What You'll Do:
- Provide clinical oversight and direction for client programming
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and junior BCBAs
- Help build and refine internal systems and training
- Conduct assessments
- Collaborate with families and staff to ensure quality, effective service
- Participate in quality assurance
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Current BCBA in good standing with the BACB
- Licensure as an LBA in Arizona
- At least 2 years of BCBA experience, ideally with some supervisory or lead-level work
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- A kind, organized, solution-focused mindset
