At Centria, we provide private duty nurses and home health aides who work 1:1 with pediatric and adult patients requiring medical care at home — proudly serving families across Michigan.
We're looking for someone who’s organized, people-focused, and detail-driven to help onboard and support our clinical and field-based staff.
✨ What You’ll Do
🔹 Coordinate new hire paperwork and credentialing requirements
🔹 Communicate with healthcare professionals about licensing, certifications, and training
🔹 Track compliance for state, federal, and payor regulations
🔹 Support audits and maintain up-to-date personnel records
🔹 Deliver excellent customer service to internal teams and external partners
💼 What Helps You Succeed In This Role
✔️ Experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, or healthcare administration
✔️ Familiarity with compliance processes or medical terminology
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Clear communication and a solutions-oriented mindset
