Lighthouse Autism Center is a leading ABA therapy provider in the Midwest and is rapidly expanding to other regions. Since 2012, Lighthouse Autism Center has provided the highest quality, center-based ABA therapy to children with autism. At Lighthouse, children work on their social skills, daily living skills, communication skills, and school-readiness skills. All therapy is supervised by Board Certified Behavioral Analysts and programs are implemented by Registered Behavior Technicians. Lighthouse Autism Center also has “Fusion” – a collaborative program with integrated therapy provided by full-time Speech Language Pathologists with daily ABA programming.
Position Overview:
Lighthouse’s executive and management teams oversee the operations, financial performance, and delivery of clinical services for a multi-state ABA therapy provider. To support these critical functions, the team is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and self-motivated professional executive assistant to support a team of executives. In this role, the individual will assist with daily tasks and manage projects. This role requires a high level of technical competence in Microsoft Office programs. The individual will work closely with leadership and have access to sensitive and confidential information requiring a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling needs for the executive team
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics
- Prepare and edit high-level presentations suitable for C-suite and board of director audiences
- Draft and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up summaries
- Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned
- Handle and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages across departments
- Answer incoming calls and manage office supply inventory and orders
- Develop onboarding schedules for new hires supporting the executive team
Leadership Communication
- Draft and distribute internal companywide communications
- Prepare and send notifications to clients and families
- Assist with policy writing and documentation
Project Support
- Conduct research for new locations and other business initiatives
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
- Compile and summarize research findings and survey data for leadership review
Event Planning and Coordination
- Organize logistics for key events including: Board meetings, onsite leadership development, holiday celebrations
- Team building events for the LAC team
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and onsite event needs
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred.
- Prior experience supporting an operations team, executive-level leaders, or functional department leadership required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
- High level of professionalism and commitment to customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
