🌳 About Us
At The Treetop Therapy, we provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2–18 across Arizona, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Colorado. We offer in-home, clinic-based, and community-based services, helping each child grow to their fullest potential.
🌿 Your Role as an RBT
As a key part of our team, you'll work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your goal? To support skill development, encourage independence, and nurture meaningful change.
What you'll do:

Implement individualized ABA therapy programs.

Use data-driven strategies to promote positive behavior and skill-building.

Collaborate with families to tailor therapy to each child's unique needs.

Track progress using electronic medical records (EMR).

Deliver services in home and community settings.

🌼 What We're Looking For
Required:

Active RBT Certification
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Experience working with children of various ages and needs

Familiarity with EMR systems for data collection
