Location: Kennesaw, GA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
This is a great opportunity to join Applied ABC, a mission-driven organization committed to delivering high-quality home-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children with autism. We are currently hiring for multiple part-time positions in Gwinnett and Cobb County, GA—including this immediate opening in Kennesaw.
Position Description
As an RBT, you will work 1:1 with a child with autism in their home, implementing behavioral intervention programs under the ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy sessions and implement individualized behavior plans
- Accurately record and input behavioral data using an electronic device
- Participate in ABA training (covering DTT, behavior management, data collection, and child development)
- Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA
- Receive supervision for each client you serve
Requirements
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to complete training)
- At least 1 year of ABA experience working with children with autism
- A genuine passion for supporting children with autism
- BA in a related field or currently working toward a related degree (preferred, not required)
- Reliable transportation and commitment to scheduled hours
