Outpatient Clinician - Licensed
LICSW, LMHC Fee-For-Service Opportunity in Bedford, MA
$41 per hour
The Licensed Clinician is a hybrid position requiring in person and remote services.
What You Will Do
- Assessment and Consultation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and provide consultation to clients, families, guardians and other providers.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Provide both in-person and virtual appointments to accommodate diverse needs and preferences to Individuals aged 18 and above.
- Crisis Intervention: Offer immediate support and intervention during mental health crises.
- Specialty Services: Demonstrate clinical experience in areas such as social anxiety, depression, family dysfunction/conflict, grief, loss, and relationship issues.
Who You Are
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field required.
- Independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred.
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
- Experience working with adults, couples and families.
- Experience with diverse populations and a range of mental health issues.
- Experience working with adults with psychosis, intellectual disabilities, autism
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings as needed.
- Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation
