Job Description:

As an ABA Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting talented professionals, including Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, to join our expanding team. Responsibilities:

Actively source and recruit qualified ABA professionals through job boards, networking events, and other channels
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skills fit for BHW
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and identify future talent pipelines
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our applicant tracking system
Communicate effectively with candidates, guiding them through the interview process and managing offers
Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in ABA recruitment

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment & talent acquisition within the ABA field
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a personable and professional demeanor
Experience using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and job boards
Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
A passion for working in the ABA field and contributing to the growth of a mission-driven organization

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly (DOE)
