Job Description:
As an ABA Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting talented professionals, including Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, to join our expanding team. Responsibilities:
- Actively source and recruit qualified ABA professionals through job boards, networking events, and other channels
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skills fit for BHW
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and identify future talent pipelines
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our applicant tracking system
- Communicate effectively with candidates, guiding them through the interview process and managing offers
- Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in ABA recruitment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment & talent acquisition within the ABA field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a personable and professional demeanor
- Experience using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and job boards
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for working in the ABA field and contributing to the growth of a mission-driven organization
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly (DOE)
