This is a full-time, hybrid role conducting initial assessments across Oklahoma. We welcome applicants within 50 miles of the Oklahoma border in Texas, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Colorado, or New Mexico.

💼 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland)
- Create individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based ABA practices
- Collaborate with families to explain assessment results and recommend services
- Provide clinical oversight and transition assessments to ongoing BCBA teams
- Complete clear and timely documentation and reports
- Travel within designated assessment regions
✅ Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
- Experience working with children/teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication, empathy, and documentation skills
