The Client Enrollment Specialist (CES) plays a key client-facing role, coordinating with families, health insurers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and supportive onboarding experience. From first contact through service launch, the CES guides clients through every step of the process with professionalism, efficiency, and care.
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in client service and project coordination. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, and a strong ability to troubleshoot issues and keep multiple processes moving forward simultaneously.
The position is full-time and remote (~35-40 hrs/week) but does require a quarterly in-person meeting in Orlando, FL.
$20-23 per hour DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the intake and onboarding process
- Collect and manage client data to facilitate insurance authorizations, service setup, and payment processing
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information sharing
- Troubleshoot issues creatively and independently as they arise
- Prepare, collect, and submit documentation to health insurance payers, including authorizations, agreements, and contracts
- Support cross-functional projects and periodic service audits
- Build expertise in Kyo’s practice and project management platforms; assist teams with technical or process-related questions
- Maintain accurate tracking of client onboarding steps within internal systems
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications

Physical Requirements
