Kyo is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, dedicated to empowering children with autism and their families. As a Behavior Therapist (BT), you will work 1-on-1 with clients in home, school, or community settings using a play-based approach tailored to each child’s unique interests. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 play-based instruction using ABA techniques, supporting clients and families to achieve individualized outcomes, utilizing behavior management strategies, collecting data onsite with company-provided iPad, communicating with team members and caregivers, participating in meetings and trainings, and complying with company policies including mandatory reporting of child health and safety concerns. Requirements include experience or interest in child interaction, part-time or full-time availability, reliable transportation, high school diploma or equivalent, ability to pass background and health checks, willingness to obtain/maintain RBT certification or ABA licensure, technology skills, and commitment to ongoing training. Physical requirements include mobility, manual dexterity, visual and auditory abilities, verbal communication, and willingness to use safe behavioral intervention procedures if necessary.
