- Competitive Wage: $18–25/hr based on experience or education level
- Raising pay check ups: Regular reviews every 3–6 months and wage increases after certification or tenure
- Career Growth: Training toward RBT credential, mentorship, and promotion potential within months
- Flexible Hours: Full- or part-time schedules, including mornings, evenings, and weekends (as needed)

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Age 18 or older
- No previous ABA experience needed—we will train you
- Strong passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and families
- Willingness to be supervised and collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) or background in psychology, education, special education, childcare, or related fields is a plus
