What Does the Job Involve?
- ABA Therapy: Deliver interventions in clients' homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
- Data Collection: Track and analyze client progress, preparing reports with BCBA supervision.
- Collaboration: Work with your team and families to ensure effective therapy and consistent communication.
- Individualized Treatment: Implement and adjust personalized ABA programs to meet the needs of each child.
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual Skills: Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is highly preferred to help serve a diverse community.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
- Experience: While prior ABA experience is a plus, we welcome those new to the field.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet the physical requirements of the job.
- Certifications: In-Person First Aid/CPR certification required, and reliable transportation is necessary.
