Our
Centralized Scheduler efficiently schedules ABA services for incoming clients and therapists across various clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner and collaborate with Office Manager, Care Coordination, Clinical, and Onboarding teams to ensure optimal client speed to service, adherence to the timeline to start clients
- Partner with Office Managers to ensure BTs are efficiently scheduled with clients
- Train and provide ongoing support with TheraDriver to Office Managers in assigned clinics
- Ensure consistent and proper use of TheraDriver with the Office Managers
- Communicate any unresolved barriers to scheduling with Regional Director partners
- Use TheraDriver to support Office Managers to increase dosage and utilization by matching therapist availability with client availability and enter scheduled appointments
- Provide guidance to the Office Managers to optimize staff schedules to allow for targeted productivity of employees
- Ensure client schedule maximizes authorized hours
- Monitor dosage and utilization throughout the month for assigned clinics to identify any issues, and work with the Office Manager to create and implement plan to correct
- Drive to achieve full authorized prescription fulfillment for each client and clinician availability
- Act as a liaison between departments: Onboarding, Care Coordination, and the clinics
- Work with Office Managers to identify upcoming client schedule changes and update client and staff schedules to support necessary changes as applicable
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare
- Experience in high volume agency scheduling within healthcare organization, preferred
- Basic to intermediate computer skills including familiarity with Electronic Medical Record Systems and Microsoft
- Keen sense of urgency and ability to respond to client needs
