What You’ll Do
- Deliver one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions
- Implement skill-building plans as part of a clinical team
- Accurately record session data electronically
- Create a positive learning environment and engage with families
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enthusiasm for helping children with autism
- Patience, compassion, and calm under pressure
- Willingness to work in clients' homes or community settings
- Commitment to a 6-month term and completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
Ideal Background (but Not Required)
- Education, childcare, mentoring, or after-school/camp roles
- Teaching assistant, para-professional, or youth counselor
- Mental/behavioral health or social services experience
- Healthcare support roles (DSP, CNA, PCA, HHA)
- Experience with ABA or neurodiverse individuals
