Our growing Matthews, NC clinic and Charlotte in-home programs are looking for a Clinical Director (BCBA, LBA) to help us expand services, support our clinical team, and bring outstanding care to more families in the Charlotte region.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Lead our Matthews clinic and in-home ABA services across Charlotte
✔️ Provide clinical supervision for a talented team of BCBAs and RBTs
✔️ Support hiring, onboarding, and professional growth of your team
✔️ Oversee clinical quality and ensure excellence in service delivery
✔️ Help grow the clinic—expanding services and client reach
✔️ Cover a small caseload (as needed), filling in during staff leaves or high-need times
✔️ Step in to help complete assessments and start services when needed—teamwork makes the dream work!
✔️ Models and trains staff in the principles and practice of Positive Behavior Support methodology.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
✔️ BCBA and NC LBA (required)
✔️ 3–5+ years of experience providing ABA services, including staff supervision
✔️ Leadership experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting strongly preferred
✔️ Passion for helping clinicians grow and thrive
✔️ A collaborative, positive attitude—no ego, just excellence
✔️ A growth mindset and desire to build something great in Charlotte
✔️ Doctoral or master's degree in Psychology, Counseling or related discipline
