Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and caring
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team!
The RBT will go with the 3 year old client to their daycare Mondays/Wednesdays 9am-3pm, Fridays 9am-1pm and will be with the child at home Tuesdays 9am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Work 1:1 with the child at daycare and home
- Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition
- Collaborate with family and other team members to support client progress
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client's daycare and home
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
