Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $55,000–$65,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities

Your Role & Experience As a Trainee
- Deliver direct ABA therapy and gain experience leading components of programming under BCBA supervision
- Assist with functional assessments, treatment planning, and goal setting based on clinical frameworks
- Participate in family training sessions and team meetings to develop collaborative care skills
- Receive structured supervision aligned to BACB task list competencies and Elevate program milestones
